Welcome to lοklοk (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "the Platform"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is issued by Chongqing Baoluo Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") and aims to establish the rights and obligations between you (the "User") and the Platform when using lοklοk services.

Before starting to use this Application, please carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement. By clicking "Accept" or by using the services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

lοklοk is a short video platform with user-generated content (UGC). Users can upload, view, comment, save, share videos and participate in activities and interactions within the community.

The application automatically adapts language and content recommendations according to the user's country or region to ensure regulatory compliance and a better user experience.

2. Registration and Account Management

• To use our services, you must register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Any activity performed from your account will be considered performed by you.
• If you detect unauthorized use or security risks in your account, please contact developer@tech.baoluo.org.

3. User Conduct Rules

You agree not to perform the following actions:

• Post illegal, violent, sexual, infringing, false, harassing, or discriminatory content;
• Upload copyrighted materials without authorization;
• Unauthorized advertising, fraud, or illegal commercial activities;
• Attack system security or perform malicious operations;
• Use unauthorized automated methods such as bots or spiders;
• Any other conduct that violates laws or public order.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or cancel accounts, and take legal action if necessary.

4. Content Rights and License

• You retain copyright over your content, but grant us a global and free license for its use within the platform.
• You guarantee having rights over the published content. Otherwise, you will assume all legal responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights over the interface, software, algorithms, and trademarks of lοklοk belong to Chongqing Baoluo Network Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy

We will process your personal data in accordance with the lοklοk Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Account information (username, email);
• Device data and behavior;
• Data obtained via social networks.

7. Payment Services and Subscriptions

• Premium services include VIP membership, ad removal, and exclusive content.
• Payments managed through Apple App Store. We do not process refunds directly.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled from the iOS account.

8. Service Interruptions and Disclaimer

• Interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical failures. We are not responsible for resulting losses.
• User-generated content does not represent our opinion nor implies endorsement.
• Non-compliance with this Agreement may result in legal responsibilities.

9. Agreement Modifications

This Agreement may be updated. Substantial changes will be notified in the application. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved amicably or before the courts of Chongqing Baoluo Network Technology Co., Ltd.
