1. Service Description

Loklok VIP is a paid subscription service provided by Chongqing Baoluo Network Technology Co., Ltd. Upon subscription, users can enjoy the following benefits (as shown in the app):

• Ad-free streaming experience
• Access to HD and Ultra HD video quality
• Early access to selected new content
• Other exclusive VIP-only features

2. Subscription & Payment

• Users can subscribe via their Apple ID account;
• Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account upon confirmation of the purchase;
• Once the payment is processed, the VIP subscription will take effect immediately;
• The current subscription period cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Auto-Renewal Policy

• Loklok VIP is an auto-renewable subscription;
• Apple will automatically charge your Apple ID account 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
• Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will be renewed automatically;
• The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless otherwise stated.

4. Canceling Subscription

You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time by following these steps:
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Loklok > Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, your VIP service will remain valid until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur.

5. Agreement Modifications

• This agreement may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be announced in the app or on our official website;
• By continuing to use the VIP service after changes are made, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms;
• If you disagree with the updated terms, please cancel your subscription and stop using the VIP service.

6. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for issues such as failed renewals or service interruptions caused by Apple systems or network failures;
• Users are responsible for any charges resulting from incorrect Apple account settings or failure to cancel on time;
• Chongqing Baoluo Network Technology Co., Ltd reserves the right to interpret this agreement.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Chongqing, China.
